Under the leadership of Dr. Williams you will find a ministry dedicated to taking its focus off of programs and methods of the present day church and focusing on souls.
- To remove natural (worldly) programs presented as traditional practices and move to line-up more clearly with the needs of the soul of God's children and not their flesh, emotions and feelings.
- To develop a church understanding that we must walk in the presence of God, teach in the presence of God, speak in the presence of God and live in the presence of God every moment of our lives.
- To teach God's children to not just study to know the book of the Lord, but more importantly, to know the Lord of the book and have a meaningful relationship with Him.

To have God's children focus more on themselves as the church (Spiritual) and less on the church (physical) as their source.
- John 5:44 - "How can ye believe, who received honor one of another, and seek not the honor that cometh from God only?"
- 2 Corinthians 11:3 - "But I fear, less by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through is [craftiness] trickery, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."
To bring God's children into a deeper relationship with the giver of the word and not just with the word only.
- Change the basic attitude of just "knowing the word only makes you closer to God" and change it to "Knowing the giver of the word (God) first helps one to understand His word and will in their lives."
- Galatians 4:19 - "My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,"
